A perfect spot in a prime location! Host was very kind and helpful, location was absolutely perfect, and space matched the description and the photos. It was great and we’ll be back!

Great location; Just a 5min walk to downtime and 2 minute drive to freeway (without freeway noise). The furnishing was good, fairly new, not worn out. The king bed is great, not too soft, not too hard, just right. And the kitchen is very well equipped. I would have expected some noise from other apartments. But there was none. All the right things for a longer stay. We stayed for a week. Finally, Alphe was a responsive host and made sure that we had everything we needed.

I’ve stayed in 3 units in this particular building and each one is impeccably clean, delightfully furnished and with an unbeatable location. Whenever I’m in the Walnut Creek any of these are my go to stays. Alphe is very responsive and provides clear instructions.

Alpha’s apartment in Walnut Creek was the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooftop amenities were great too, especially the hot tub! Communication was great and check in/out was simple as well. I would definitely stay again!

Alphe’s listing was truthful and the entire description was on point. The home felt like home. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed in a home away from home. Alphe was responsive, friendly, attentive, and respectful. Walnut Creek is a beautiful place to visit and Alphe’s place is in a perfect spot to enjoy the downtown area. We live in downtown Walnut Creek but if we ever have extended guest again, we will definitely book with Alphe again.

Really enjoyed Alphe’s place. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient yet quiet, making it easy to enjoy the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless.

This was my second time staying in the 1716 Lofts. The location is right on the edge of downtown Walnut Creek and is fantastic. The apartment was clean. The parking was convenient. I had no issues and expect to book multiple stays in the future.

I’ve stayed in 3 different apartments that Alphe hosts. All 3 were good places. I especially like this unit I stayed in recently. It’s my second time in this unit. It’s spacious , clean, comfortable and accommodating. The building is secure and they accept dogs. I stayed in the studio unit next door which I also liked, because of its size, comfort, and fully functional kitchen. I like the walk in showers , and I like that I can control the temperature. I felt at home in each unit. I highly recommend them.

We have stayed with Advanstay may times and are very satiated with the accommodations. We always look first for this location as it is central to Walnut Creek. The apartment is in a great location and walkable to downtown and many restaurants (very convenient). Also, very happy with the secured parking garage. The apartment was clean as advertised and looked like the pictures. Kitchen had everything you would need. Alphe was super helpful and proactive in providing clear and concise instructions. Check-in was simple with no issues. Alphe was very pleasant to deal with and helped out with the TV service. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again. Excellent choice in the Walnut Creek area, perfect for short or long stays. Very quiet building. Easy walk to popular restaurants, shops and bars. Indoor parking place a major plus. Excellent communication and service from host every step of the way. Thank you.
