Guests have exclusive use of their reserved furnished apartment as well as assigned indoor parking. Guests have shared access to all common areas of the Building. The building has “shared” common EV charge stalls. Guests are welcome to charge their vehicles in these spots temporarily (4-hour max), and after charging, move to their designated parking space. ***NOTE*** The outlet is a NEMA 6-50 (50A) 3-prong type so please be prepared with your own adaptor as needed. ***HOT TUB USE: The Hot Tub is available for our Guest use. Hours 10am-10pm. Compliance with Building Management Rules and Advanstay House Rules outlined in the listing and/or Guest Agreement. ***Quiet Hours are strictly enforced 10PM- 8AM We thank you for your understanding. The only issue we was there was only on key access and that was an issue for us as a couple several times. It would be nice to have 2 "keys" to get into the complex and elevator as we worked in different locations and had to coordinate picking up the key which was annoying.

This was our third stay with Advanstay and are very satiated with the accommodations. The apartment is in a great location and walkable to downtown and restaurants (very convenient). Also, very happy with the secured parking garage. The apartment was clean as advertised and looked like the pictures. Kitchen had everything you would need. Alphe was super helpful and proactive in providing clear and concise instructions. Check-in was simple with no issues. She was very pleasant to deal with. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again.
