The building has “shared” common EV charge stalls. Guests are welcome to charge their vehicles in these spots temporarily (4-hour max), and after charging, move to their designated parking space. ***NOTE*** The outlet is a NEMA 6-50 (50A) 3-prong type so please be prepared with your own adaptor as needed. ***HOT TUB USE: The Hot Tub is available for our Guest use. Hours 10am-10pm. Fantastic location - a short walk to many restaurants, shops and BART. The unit was very clean. All dishes, pots, pans and sheets are in great condition. Comfortable furniture. nice bathrooms /showers. One assigned parking spot. We had Access to the buildings hot tub and rooftop area. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo felt very new, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked with plenty of dishware, perfect for cooking and dining in. We loved that there were great coffee options, making our mornings extra enjoyable. Check-in was super easy, having a covered garage was a huge plus, especially with the inclement weather we’ve been having and felt super safe . The location was fantastic—just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Walnut Creek. We also loved the sweet little kitty who would visit us by the window - my kids were obsessed! Overall, a perfect stay. We’d happily return. Five stars! 🌟
