Guests are welcome to charge their vehicles in these spots temporarily (4-hour max), and after charging, move to their designated parking space. Alphe’s place was very nice and quiet and she was very informative. Everything was great! Beds are very comfortable. Love that the TVs were smart TVs. Great restaurants within walking distance and it was very safe. Book it you won’t be disappointed!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and both times were fantastic! Very clean and secure. The location is great if you’d like to walk. Also, the communication is top-notch.

Me and my family had a great stay here. We stayed for about two and a half weeks with our 6 month old. Loved how close it was to shopping and restaurants. Alphe was a great host. Just a heads up the beds are quite soft but we like them like that. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at 1716 Lofts for a recent work trip to the Bay Area and were very happy with our experience. We previously spent time in Walnut Creek and loved it, so we were excited to stay here again. The location is excellent—close to downtown and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Being near the Life Time Athletic center was also a big plus for us. Access was easy using the exterior lockbox, and having a secure parking garage was a huge benefit since we rented a high-end vehicle. The unit was exactly as described, very clean, and well maintained. Ours was on the top floor, which made the space feel open and comfortable. Minor notes: the bathroom soaps were partially filled, and the patio faced the interior hallway, but neither impacted our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Alphe’s place was perfect for our 2 week stay. Both kings beds were very comfortable and the place was spacious and modern. The location was absolutely perfect and everything was in walking distance from downtown. Target is just up the street and there are delicious restaurants and great shops nearby. The rooftop was a great touch with a beautiful hot tub and a bbq. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook and we felt right at home. Alphe is great with communication and the clarity of the instructions made it easy to navigate. 100/10! I’d rebook immediately ◡̈

Alphe's place was great. Quiet, room and King sized beds. Response time for any questions was always very quick. Walnut Creek is a great place to stay and this is a walkable location to restaurants. We visit family in the area twice a year and this will be our go to location.
