The building has “shared” common EV charge stalls. Guests are welcome to charge their vehicles in these spots temporarily (4-hour max), and after charging, move to their designated parking space. ***NOTE*** The outlet is a NEMA 6-50 (50A) 3-prong type so please be prepared with your own adaptor as needed. ***HOT TUB USE: The Hot Tub is available for our Guest use. Hours 10am-10pm. Compliance with Building Management Rules and Advanstay House Rules outlined in the listing and/or Guest Agreement. ***Quiet Hours are strictly enforced 10PM- 8AM We thank you for your understanding. This was a super amazing stay. The apartment was clean, wonderfully decorated and organized, extremely comfortable, with completely stacked kitchen that allowed us to feel like we were home. The parking, location, surroundings, Jacuzzi on the rooftop were simply wonderful. The hosts responsiveness to all our needs were beyond expectation. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you.
